1. Notice of infringement
Send takedown notices to legal@mindlabcoaches.com with the subject "DMCA Notice". Include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material to be removed; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
2. Counter-notice
If your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files suit.
3. Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, and may remove content or suspend accounts at any time where we believe infringement has occurred.
