1. Your engagement is with the Coach
When you book, you enter a direct services relationship with an independent Coach. Any additional terms the Coach presents to you (intake forms, package terms, confidentiality agreements) are between you and that Coach. Where they conflict with Platform rules on payments, refunds or conduct, the Platform rules govern the transaction itself.
2. Booking, attendance and cancellation
Requested sessions are held on the Coach's calendar until confirmed or the hold expires. You are responsible for confirming your time zone, joining on time, and cancelling within the Coach's published window if plans change. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.
3. Payment authorisation
You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for sessions, packages and subscription fees, including automatic renewals, until you cancel. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
4. Membership entitlements
Membership tiers unlock messaging capacity, content library access, and session discounts as described at checkout. Message allowances reset on the published schedule. Entitlements are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value, and end when the paid period ends. Content in the library is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only; you may not download, redistribute, resell or publish it.
5. Conduct and reviews
Treat Coaches professionally. Reviews must be honest and based on a real session. Using reviews to threaten, extort or retaliate is prohibited and may result in removal and account suspension.
6. Client indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Emergent Mindlab, LLC and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your use of the Platform, your conduct toward any Coach or user, your content, or your breach of this agreement.
