1. Our commitment
We aim to conform substantially to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The Platform supports keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic landmarks, sufficient color contrast, alternative text on meaningful images, and text that reflows at 200% zoom.
2. Known limitations
Some third-party embeds (payment checkout, video conferencing, calendar pickers) are outside our direct control and may not fully conform. Coach-uploaded media may lack captions or alt text; we ask Coaches to provide them.
