Acceptable Use Policy

Conduct and content rules for everyone on the Platform, and what happens when they are broken.

Version 2026-08-06 · Effective August 6, 2026 · Emergent Mindlab, LLC

All documents

1. Prohibited conduct

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

  • post false, deceptive, plagiarised or unsubstantiated credentials, testimonials, results, or earnings claims;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, defame, dox, or discriminate against any person on any protected ground;
  • post sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content promoting self-harm, violence, or illegal activity;
  • offer or solicit regulated services (medical, psychiatric, legal, financial) without the required licence;
  • circumvent Platform fees, escrow, or payout controls, or solicit off-Platform payment for Platform-introduced engagements;
  • manipulate reviews, ratings, search rankings, or referral credit;
  • list a coach as a team member or joint-offering collaborator who is not genuinely delivering part of the engagement, or use connections, teams or revenue splits to disguise who performs a session or to evade licensing or fee obligations;
  • upload malware, probe or attack the Platform, bypass rate limits or authentication, scrape data, or use bots without written permission;
  • infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy or publicity right;
  • use the Platform to send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited commercial email;
  • misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organisation.

2. Reporting and enforcement

Any user can report a review, message, or profile from within the product. We review reports and may warn, hide or remove content, restrict features, withhold payouts pending investigation, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Enforcement decisions are at our discretion; we aim to be proportionate and will tell you the outcome where practical.

3. Appeals

Email legal@mindlabcoaches.com within 30 days of an enforcement action to request review. Include your account email and the reference in the notice we sent you.
